While writing this it is quiet onboard Empire and a bit empty after all the guests that have been visiting us the last month. Empire hasn't sailed much, only a few trips between Tobago & Trinidad and a 3 days stop in Charlotteville. The new genoa was also out for a little test sail. It was very nice to see you all onboard, both Peder, mum Vigdis & dad Tore, Anne & HP with Herman 1 ½ years, Tai & Torbjørn with little Elias 11 months who got a new tooth onboard and last but not least Bjørnar who visited us for the 6. time since we left Oslo , Norway .

Peder and Tore are trying to find the best relaxing position

Dad Tore sent us a flat packed improvement for Empire, a new dry food box. A very good mounting description followed. The box is a good looking furniture onboard. Thanks a lot

The goat race has a long tradition in Tobago . Before the race all the competing goats are shown to the public so they can put money on their favorites. Afterwards the goats are running with their “jockey” in a rope behind, barefoot…

Tobago Jazzfestival in Plymouth, with STINGon the stage. We thought that 100US$ was a bit to much for a ticket to the consert. For 10,- NOK we found a nice wiev on a 2. floor balcony in a house under construction
