3 layers of antifouling, polish, grease seacocks, change the start battery. polish Monitor, change the toilet pump, make new fender covers, clean/paint the engine, paint the gas box, change gas bottles/connections, gelcoat div, paint prop speed antifouling on the propeller, change the zinc anodes, new seals at the s-drive shaft, paint and restore the diving compressor, take out and demount the echo sounder and the log sensor, clean and glue new rubber around the s-drive, change all the sea hoses to the engine, change coolant on the engine, change sparkplugs on the outboard, change transmission oil on the outboard, clean the water tanks, clean the water hoses to the toilet, clean the toilet hoses, mount a new water tap for the galley sink and the toilet, mount new salt water taps, oil the cockpit table, re-zinc the anchor.

Still there is some things to be done, like rig check, polish the deck, clean and grease the winches and probably a lot more
Empire on her way to Orams Marine. Even after more than two years there was not much growth under the boat. The SeaHawk from Trinidad and Tobago has done a very good job.
We could see some rust under the keel. Under the keel was also the only place wefound some growth. Eivind is sanding of the rust on the keel. We could not complain over a few rust stains on the keel after two years in the water.
This time it was Heidi who did the antifouling painting. The Jotun propell antifouling does not look that good but has kept the propeller free from growth. PropSpeed is the name of the new antifouling we are trying out this time.
It is one year and 9750nm since last time Empire got a real polish. No mater what or where we are working in the boat it is always limited space... After four days on the hard at Orams Marine in Auckland, Empire is again ready for new adventures.
It startet with a service on the injectors. One of them would not come out because of an earlier salt water leak. We ended up with full service also on the cylinder top.
